drilling holes in glass?

Does any one have 2 returns and 2 intakes on a 75g? I would like to make 2 overlows 1 on each side. Does anyone have a special technique that they can share on how not 2 crack my tank? How far apart and what fittings to use?

If i were you id take it to a special glass cutter, OR at least get a diamond glass cutting drill bit. I have had my share of drilling class in the past and most of them were not to pretty. Anything can happen from spider cracks, chipping, or just breaking.....
PS tape around the drill point doesnt really help either.

There are alot of "drilling glass threads" I drilled a tank I got free and the pics and technique are in the thread called "acrylic overflow on glass" I used a rotozip tile bit (dremel style). I have drilled about 6 holes on two different tanks using this technique and have had no cracks at all....very easy once you get the hang of it. I learned this technique on this site from other members.
