You can get a jug with a flip up on/off spout at K-Mart in the houseware department, near the pots, pans and kitchen stuff, that holds about 2 gallons.
I took a small air check valve from lfs and drilled it out inside, then took a small piece of rigid airline tubing from lfs, about an inch or so and superglue it into the check valve opening. Then the check valve thing was superglued into the spout of the jug. It fit just right.
Then when it's dry and secure, connect a length of airline tubing to the little piece of hard tubing, and find someway to pinch off the tubing to control the drip rate.
Some folks will tie the tubing in a loose knot to accomplish this. I was able to use a small plastic valve off of an old venturi skimmer.
Make sure to open or at least loosen the large screw on cap after you fill it with kalk and set in place for dripping. This allows the jug to breath/vent and maintains the drip rate pretty good.
Whatever you choose - it's cheap, holds 2 gallons of kalk, and works very well.
Total cost = maybe $6-7 bucks.
pic - sitting on orange bucket ( I know - looks like a hillbilly rig ) but whatever <img src="graemlins//urrr.gif" border="0" alt="[urrr]" />
