In all reality Grandis are zoanthids. Palythoas are zoanthids. Zoanthidae is a classification for colonial sea anemones. We as hobbyist term the smaller ones zoanthids and all the larger palys, but that in itself is not correct as there can be small playthoas. Simple to use these terms though when relating on forums.
Zoanthus
is really what would be considered most of the smaller colonial polyps, the there is palythoa, protopalythoa, parazoanthus and the yellow polyps, snake polyps and a few others, but I don't remember the name for them.

i have some al white people eaters. Everything is white except for the green mouth. pretty nutz...
lol... got them from a friend. They are really as i describe, but due to them bleaching out. I'm trying to bring them back for him. Pretty cool looking though.
