I'm an Asian! I'm not from Ethiopia
How much do I need?

That's not all I eat, I also eat in between meals like fruits and vegetable salad, bread, milk, doughnut.
I think pizza isn't healthy, I eat two slices of pizza only once a month.

My dad is a big fan of pizza, burger and french fries and he died from colon cancer at the age of 57. So I'm afraid to eat those kind of stuff.

I'm so sorry if I have a wrong impression, but the death of my dad was really a traumatic experience.
My dad died at 57, too. He smoked, ate garbage, and didn't exercise.
You should talk to a dietician/nutritionist. They can assess how many calories you burn in a day, then suggest a diet/meal plan. If you are serious about gaining some weight (muscle) you need to start taking in more calories. Try to avoid bad calories, don't eat only junk food just to get calories. Pick up a weight gainer mix and a protein powder mix. Costco has 6lb bags of Cytosport protein powder for $29. Probably the best price anywhere. Start resistance training.

Dropped another pound. I am also gaining muscle, so it's hard to know just how much fat I've used. Yesterday, a friend that I haven't seen in a year commented on how much muscle I have put on my upper body. I don't see that much of a difference, but it's enough that he commented out of the blue. I should have done a BMI evaluation before starting, but who knew I'd be this serious about it when I started?!!
