Dry base rock....is it available?

Im looking for dried base rock for a new aquarium im setting up, probly bout 50-75 lbs. Does anybody know if base rock is sold like that. Ill buy live rock to seed it later, but want a substantial base and dont wanna pay alot of $$$ . Im kinda hoping they sell it dry and cheap

yea, you can get it at a good lfs, or check the classified section. 2 lfs i have sell baserock for $2.49/lb.

you can get it at several the online retailers, I've bought a few 50 lb boxes from *please dont post links to online competitors of SWF.com* for $39.99 ea

My LFS even chain stores sell it from $1.49lb-1.99lb
I saved alot of money that way..buying about 60lb of that and about 12lb of live rock to seed it.
