Dry goods that SWF should stock

Poly-Filter Pads. I swear by them. They are cheap, and are the best thing for your filtration. I must say that because SWF.com doesnt have these i have ordered dry goods from other sites, where i may get other dry goods.

(any) refractometer {priceless}
Yes, to the refractometer. After finding my hydrometer at 1.024 was really measuring at 1.030, I can't stress the refractometer enough. I know they're expensive, but this whole darn hobby is expensive!
Any brand? I don't know since I do like my Milwaukee.

Maybe an entire acclimation "suite" of products. I use something I picked up at my LFS which has a plastic "hook" at the top of some airline tubing and a scre w based flow valve at the bottom for doing drip acclimation. Also, the specimen containers that you can keep the fish in to acclimate (more stability than the plastic bags they come in) would be nice. It would be good to point to a specific product or set of products like that when trying to illustrate acclimation to new hobbyists. I'm another one on the refractometer list.

how about a hand-pump siphon for folks like me that still do the bucket thing for water changes.
i had to get mine from the dr, but would have rather supported SWF....

+1 and they're cheap.

I enjoy the idea of a star rating system for the dry goods. There are a ton of different ones to chose from, like 3 different brands of test kits, a ton of additives for food and for the tank chemistry. Although it isn't necessary if you just carried one brand, you have a few different brands of the same product and I as a newbie don't know which people would recommend. So jsut a rating system after purchase (maybe in a followup survey) would work.

Almost all of the things I would like to see stocked have already been mentioned, but in case popularity makes a difference:
1. RO/DI units and replacement filters
2. T5 lighting, bulbs and fixtures. All I see are metal halide bulbs.
3. Phosban reactors and phosphate removal supplies.
4. Refractometers.
5. TDS meters.
6. Salt

metal halide bulbs are a lot easier to ship than other bulbs, so they probably don't want to deal with insurance claims.
TDS meters +++++++

250w DE 14k phoenix bulb. its the only bulb i use (and very popular among hobbyists). id rather buy it here and support swf.com. that being said, they should carry other bulbs as well, like reeflux, XM, geissman etc.. you know, the good stuff.
phosban/ phosguard/ or any other bulk phosphate media (pellets are good) other than the kent.
tunze pumps. nanos and the regulars.

I definatley agree with the refractometer. The minute they start selling them ill buy one. I also think they should have more tanks and lighting because right now, there are no tanks available.
