DSB where is yours located

My question is hopefully simple. Where is your DSB located? In the sump area or in your main display area. A 4" to 6" bed seems a lot in the main display.

mine is 5.5" in my fuge and 2 1/2" in my main tank

I have 5 Inches in my fuge and approx 5 inches in my 75 gal tank, looks great.

Still in the bags . Shallow sand bed here. But if I decide to make the 55 into a fuge for the 90 I would put it in there.
