Joe, it was a misunderstanding, that's all, and it took off from there. Your comment about my profession is what got me to get into this spat. I feel it was unnecessary and very condescending. I do not know much about this hobby, that's why I spend much of my time here reading other people's posts. The few things that I do know, I try to share with people ASAP, cause I know it sucks to wait when you have a question, that to some, at that point, seems like the meaning of life. Almost everything I have read, and from experiance, says no CC. Personally, I love to see other contridictory claims, it makes me want to research more, and creates questions. So, please lets move on from this silly spat.
Silly spat, silly spat you say oh no my new friend it was a breath of fresh air in what has become a dull site.

Now that we resolved the issue, its with sand sifters. Don't over populate with sand sifter, they might end up starving, this often happens with sand sifting starfish. You don't want copper in your display. You will get some, and I mean minimal amounts, harmless in your salts, but with live rock, you can't use copper based meds, so i would suggest, a quarantine tank.
