The "large angels" I.E. non-dwarf are most commonly:
All Pomacanthus angels (Emperor, Koran, Cortez, Annularis, Gray, Asfur, Maculosus, French)
All Euxiphipops angles (Blueface, Blue, Sixbar)
All Holacanthus (Queen, Rock Beauty)
Also the Lamarck, Flagfin, Swallowtail, Regal, etc.
The best thing to do is look at one of a few things:
1. Most large angels are offered as juvis and adults independantly, with costs increasing dramatically.
2. Most large angels have 'ANTHUS' in their scientific name.
3. The maximum growth size is notably larger.
I assume you want dwarfs. The most common dwarfs are Bicolor, Flame (or Christmas Flame), Coral Beauty, and Pygmy. These are all easy to keep for the most part and good reefsafe angels.
