Are any more reef safe than another? I know there is always chances they will nip corals but in your experience are any more safe?

These are definately the best choices, however, it really depends on the individual fish. I had a coral beauty that everyone said should be ok, in my 46g, that picked at every coral in there. It really depends on the size of the tank. That same coral beauty when moved to the 125g did none of this. Sometimes it has to do more with space. I only kept it because of it's beauty. I got lucky, some are just munchers, regardless. :scared:

ive read that lemon peel and flames are more prone to niping at corals, like above, but ive had a coral beauty and a eibli angel with all sorts of coral and they never touched any coral. it also agree w/ Anonome about how it depends on each individual fish too. good luck!

ditto. The smaller ones are definitely safer. The key is more is better. more space, more rock. My coral beauty swims laps all day long. It also picks at the rocks all day long.
