will a dwarf lion hurt any corals, inverts, or any other fish? i have a pecula clown and a mandarine.

Depends on the size of the dwarf. He would probably leave the mandarin alone. The clown if it's about the same size should be O.K. Corals they don't normally bother, although my volitan does like to hang out in the mushrooms sometimes. Any inverts large enough for it to fit in its mouth will be at risk.
 
Lions are poisonous and could kill your other fish if they crawl into his fins. Be warned. I'm not sure about your inverts or plants.

Lions will not kill fish just if they brush against them. Lions by nature a passive guys, and will only use their fins if they feel threatened. He will leave your manderin alone, they exude a toxic slime for protection. If your perc or any inverts fit in his mouth, they will be eaten. Bo

does your clown have a host anenome? this symbiotic relationship which provides the clown with protection may help prevent the lion from eating the clown. However, anenomes are hard to keep as they demand good water and strong lighting.
As said before the mandarine should be fine.
