Dwarf/toby Puffers

will these eat snails if there kept well fed? i woant to keep algae off my rock and have snails to help with this. also will any of these eat sea urchins?

Definitely not the urchin. He will knock it off of the wall and eat it quite quickly. It is part of his diet. If you buy large snails then they will be alright for now. Puffers need to chew on stuff to file their teeth down.

I had a bluespot toby with a rose shortspine urchin, snails, and hermits. I never saw him bother anything, it would be and individual to individual bases with these guys I think

i want to get one but do i have to feed them shells to keep the beak filed, what do people who own dwarf puffers feed them?

Clams on the half shell are clams from the grocery store that have been broken open. I am sorry to say that your black sand will get debris in it. It happens. You cannot expect it to stay solid black anymore than a person can expect their white sand to stay white.
