Welcome to the site...sorry about the circumstances.
We need more info...
EXACTLY what are the tests reading?
What size tank, and how long has it been established?
Do the fish look beat up, bruised, red sore blotches? There are diseases besides ich.

ph 8.3
ammonia 0.0 ppm
nitrate 0.0 ppm
nitrite 0.0 ppm
phosphate .25 (high but i got a buffer in that's taking care of that)
calcium 500
temp is steady at 81
fish aren't looking beat up or any other symptoms, there just dying, for instance, the other day I left for work at about 6am, fish were all swimming around, had eaten hardily,,,,,,came home for lunch at 11am and the yellow tang and blenny were dead, this has been the trend,,,, usually over night

Some things to consider as possible causes...just tossing ideas out there
Have you checked for stray voltage from a power head or heater?
I killed almost my entire tank because I had a cold and used puffs with lotion and didn't rinse my hands when I handled the rock.
Could you have a bad rock in the tank with metal traces in it?
Could the food be bad?
Could you have a critter like a sea apple or cucumber that could poison the tank?

Ok, how big is your tank? just want to get all the facts straight.
what have you done recently to your tank or do you clean using chemicals such as bleach near your tank?
something has to give somewhere.

Yes.... and a list of equipment, the kind of test kits used, and the stock list. Where is the tank located, and the last water change and type of water..
