there really is no easy mandarin.
if u can get one that eats frozen that that would be the easiest.
i have a green spotted mandarin that started to eat frozen mysid.
i have never really mixed any gobies but ive herd that its like mixing different spices of clownfish, which isnt a good idea. but i was thinking of adding yellow gobies too so why not give it a try
If you really want a Mandarin, you may want to consider training it onto frozen food. I did it with mine and have been successful.
Check this link out on how to do it. The second post explains it. http://www.marinebreeder.org/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=1217
FWIW, the mandarins aren't gobies, they're dragonettes. the only real issue they would have is starving due to direct food competition. they leave other fish alone, and they shouldn't have any problems unless you get two males.
If you are going to get a mandarin, be sure that your system can support enough pods to sustain the fish. They eat a suprisingly large amount. You can sometimes get them to eat frozen foods, but they cannot live long term solely off of that.

Your tank isn't big enough to keep one. If your going to get one, you need to get one that is trained to eat frozen foods.
