Easiest way to add sand

I have read and been told that it is better to add the live sand after the live rock. What is the best way to get the sand into the tank and distribute it evenly around the rock, without causing major cloudiness????

rinse the sand a bit and lower into tank in plastic bags or cups, but there will be major cloudiness, its unavoidable

I used small sandwich baggies to do this.
The water didn't get very cloudy at all.
Just go slow and take your time and it will work fine.
