whats the best way to get fish to accept flake food. i caught a few small convict tangs in some tidepools and while the nibble on my rocks, they arent really going after my flake food. would it help if i buy a fish that is used to eating flake food and maybe they will learn from him? any ideas or comments welcome

It's just sheets of sea weed that can be bought on line or at pet stores.

you can also pick them up at oriental supermarkets. They are sheets of seaweed commonly used in making sushi rolls.
