I just did the same thing. Had an Eclipes and changed to an Aquapod. Get two new or sanitary 5 gallon buckets. Siphon some tank water into one them but your LR into it. Then what into the other and put fish corals into it. My understanding is that you should not have and anemone. Not enough light! After all water is in buckets, move sand from tank to tank. Swap tanks out if new one is going in the same place. Place live rock and begin putting water in new tank. I left my fish and corals in about 3 gallons of water in the bucket and put 3 gal. of new water in tank. Turn filtration on to clear water up al little before putting fish in. Make sure water temps are the same so you dont shock your fish. Good luck. I did no loses.
