Eco-Aqualizer?

I do too. I find it pretty hard to believe that by passing water through a tube with some magnets in it that amazingly the hydrogen bonds in the water molecules will be weakened. If it does work well, that would be nice, but it is still pretty hard to believe.

This is complete crap.
Ferromagnetic fields have absolutely no effect on the strength of H-O bonds in water molecules. Thats just not what magenetic fields do. There is no way to "weaken" any of the major types interatomic bonds. While you may temporarily stretch the interatomic distance, you either break the bond or you don't. You can't leave a covalent bond in a weakened state.
Everyone knows magnets are best used for levitating trains and holding stuff on the fridge door!
