Eel ID?

I appoligize for not being able to supply a pic but can anyone id this eel by discription.....He is black with yellow zebra type stripes and has small fins just behind his head. he also has a fin-like tissue that runs the entire length of his back but is barely noticeable and not very high off his back.

He also does not have a tappered snout moray family member but his mouth is wide and head is somewhat wider than morays all the way to the wide mouth

Possibly you are confused with an adult Engineer Goby? they have long eel like bodies with the same characteristics you list.

Are those really 2 different gobies? Isn't that the same goby just a different angle? the rocks look the same and there is a snail in the same spot.
