Dude its really not scary at all now......when i first got my tessa he was jason forhees.......but now after breaking his live food habits and constant exposure to my hand....(meaning petting them when they are not looking :joy: ) they become like puppies....they are very smart in my opinion they reconize im there to help feed them and wouldn't want "to bite the hand that feeds them".......even when i do not have food they come up to the tank let me pet them until i walk away...then they return to a cave of there choosing.....i believe all of their aggression comes from there desire to eat.........if they are fed well and treated with respect...they will respect you in return.......i am not saying that accidents do not happen, but they will tone down 10 notches if they do not feel they have to hunt........my tessa will not eat live food....nor will my zebra or reticulated... they perfer being hand fed.....and thats what my baby's get
