Eels and ich HELP

I have a snowflake eel, I have a newer tank, I make the mistake and added to many fish too fast, they all died all but my eel, it looked like my fish had white spots, but the pet shop said it was from stress. Can eel get ich?? or can they host ich?? All i have in my 90 gal now is live rock, live sand, cc starfish, a few snails and crabs also two anemones. how do tell if there is ich in my tank

Moray species cannot host ich. They are scaleless fish and are protected by a thick slime coat.

Thanks that makes me feel better. I will just let the tank run as it is for awhile... As far as the ich, Idont know if I have it or not
