super i dislocated my shoulder again tonight at my xmas party from work that makes it 6 times this year alone which is good because i can pop it back in by my self now and it fells good in a week now instead of 6 like the first time
ouch its great now cuz i know i need to have it fixed but it fixes it self in about a week. i hurt it tonight doing the worm for some sweet ladies i work with

Oh my lord, that must have been so embarassing, popping yer shoulder out while doing the WORM! lol, did they laugh at you or cuddle you next to their bodies becuz u were hurt? Id pick the second one!
well no one accually knew what happened i hoped right back up and walked off the floor they knew something happened to me , and most of the people i work with know i have a bad shoulder

no pain killers i dont even go to the hospitol any more for it . those xrays are from the first time it happened. and josh i would have like to play cards but i was having fun at my xmas party. and dane told me you guys drank my goose.
