Einy the Octopus (Need ID)

I got a tiny Octopus this past Sunday at a LFS. I named it Einstein. He is only about 2 inches long, but growing fast! I got to observe him thrash a Fiddler crab to pieces last night, then he went back to his den and stared back out at me for a while. I turned the lights out, and returned a few minutes later, to find him trying to drag the carcass into his den, which is a large turbo snail shell.
Here are some pics taken while he was acclimating.

If anyone can help ID his particular species name, it would be greatly appreciated. He is Carribean, so I think he is either Mercatoris or Joubini.

The only Octos I've seen in shops have always been Balis, but yours looks different.
The store couldn't identify it for you before you bought it?

Nope, the people at the store couldn't tell me what it was, as expected. I asked if it was Joubini, they shrugged. I'm positive it's a dwarf. Its nature is that of a dwarf. Nocturnal, secretive, very large eyes.
I got it at Dallas North Aquarium.
