electricity in the water?

I have hand feed all these guys for over three years. I have never had any kind of shock when I put my hand underwater. I actuacly "touch my pets". BTY: the pump and the tiataium rod are 3" from pump to the rod corner. ???

well then i dont thin it was electric.i would thing something toxic got in the tank like a cleaner or someone dumped something in there.do you do regular testing.maybe the tank crashed .it happens.
