I need help!!!! I working on a project of modify something else to control my tank floww(wave). If you are an electronic eng and can figure out how thing work by just looking at the circuit board layout. Please let me know if you can help.

It would be extremly difficult to "reverse engineer" a circuit from a picture of the circuit board. Considering there are circuit boards that have multiple layers, troubleshooting from a picture is virtually inpossible. Sorry to burst your plans.
