Elegance coral from Ku Pang

I know that elegance corals dont have the best track record when it comes to surviving in a reef tank. However, I was at the LFS today and they said that their elegance come from Ku Pang and that they are hardier then elegance corals from other areas. Is there any truth to this? I really like them but I do not want to purchase a coral that is guaranteed to die if I purchase it.
Also, it was a beautiful green with bright purple tips and they were asking $129. Is that a fair price?

All I can tell you is that the reputation for being more hardy belongs to the Elegance Corals from Australia rather than Indonesia.
Since Kupang is in Indonesia I would highly question your LFS's claim...
