Well, I love the name Jonah but I'm not sure about Riley.
This is going to sound funny, but we bought a Great Dane puppy once and I named him Eli. Obviously that means I like the name Eli very much, but I think it sounds very Amish...maybe because I live not too far from a large Amish community and they still use the name a lot. I'm not sure in today's age that I would name my son Eli as a first name.
So, I guess my vote would lean more towards Jonah, but possibly with Eli as a middle name?

When I knew I was having a boy, my husband and I did the same thing, narrowed it down to 2 names, and then decided on Elliot as our final choice. When he was born, we have a tape of myself holding the baby with my husband saying "Here he is, baby Elliot." It was 3:30 in the morning, so we all slept for a while, then the next day my husband and I both looked at each other and said "You know, he really doesn't look at all like an Elliot." So we named him Matthew.
My point being, don't be too certain about your name choice, it's good to have a couple possibilities....
Most important of all, congratulations :cheer:
