Emerald Crab Molt

I looked in my tank this morning and was shocked when I saw my emerald upside down on the bottom... then I saw him crawling around with a very pretty color. I was relieved. I am assuming I should remove the molt?

You can, something might want to eat it though I always had other inverts eating eachother's molt so I left them in but if its just him then you can remove it

It's only a 30 gallon, I have 10 Hermies and 1 cleaner shrimp... I will probably just remove it.

id say remove it and some inverts even eat there own molt!

ya my emeralds usually were the shirmp molt eaters in my tank
