Emerald Crab nipping at my Anemone

How can I prevent my emerald crab from nipping at my Anemone?

Take the emerald crab out? I thought they were reef safe.

They generally are ... but they have been known to nip at corals and such. You can wait and see if he stops nipping or you can remove it. These are really the only 2 options.

they are generally reef safe, unless they get hungry. how big is your tank, there may not be enough food to keep him busy. try feeding him. i keep the emerald at bay in my 12gal by directly feeding him mysis and 1" by 1" sheets of seaweed or kelp. He used to mess with my frogspawn but he has been fine since ive been keeping him fat.
