Emergency...Help with angel disease, possible ich

Hi,
I have had my new angel in the QT for 3 weeks now. At the end of the 15th day, she showed white spots all over( first two pictures 45&42). I increased water temp to 82 and added ich attack the next day. White spots have not shown up since then, but today I noticed this fuzzy thing hanging off her eyes and on pectoral fins( last picture 43).
Anyone can tell me if this is ich or something else? I would really like to avoid copper or formalin, so I gave her a 30 minute dip in Seachem paraguard today and will probably give her a fresh water dip tomorrow. Any suggestions?

i would do hyposalinity, its much better for the fish.

I just did a fresh water dip for 4 min, she is much worse...lying on her side gasping for air...what do I do?

Dips are not a long term treatment for ich that result in elimination of the disease. You should proceed with hyposalinity. Here is the procedure outlined.
