If youv got a five leter pail its 2 measuring cups of aquarium salt. You could go to your local supermarket and buy 2-3 jugs of water just enough to fill the pail. You do have salt mix right? I would b more than happy to help you with a pail or two But i Live in Toronto canada. THats where it gets tuff. I cant send nothing across the boarder. I agree... Make it yourself, or you can buy from a pet store - most will help you out. If you're fish only tap water can work fine in nashville (haven't lost a fish in 2 years).

WELL, headed over to the lfs today...now my tank readings are more back to normal....alk a little low still but ph is back to 8.2..all critters are acting much better, thank G-D...telling you I was so stressed last night.....I have purchased another fish last week but decided not to put him in so will get a credit or something from fish store, because think I need to figure out what happened. will do my water change tonight with hubby, all seems well...whew!
