emperor 400 filter ok?

is an emperor 400 filter good to use in a 30 gallon fowlr+ls tank?
what other filteration should i look at?

i think im going to get the emperor400...should i also build a sump or add a CPR AquaFuge?

we have two on our 75 along with a aqua C pro skimmer.
we took out the biowheels and only use for removal of large particals. somtimes we run carbon in it to polish the water

i had 2 emp 400's on my freshwater 55g
water was soooo clean, you could have drank it.
