Emperor Angel dead

I tried putting an Emperor Angel in my tank twice, both have died on the 5th day in there (2 seperate occasions). Any ideas why they would die? I have other fish and have never had a death, nobody ever bothered the angel. They were both juveniles about 2 inches long. It is very frustrating.

What is your tank size and setup? How long has it been set up? What else do you have in the tank, maybe someone is having issues with the Emp. and stressing it out? I have a juv Emp Angel I have had for almost 2 months and have had no problems with her. She is very alert and a healthy eater? Do you have a UV sterlizer? I put one on my tank a month before I put the Emp. in.

Where did you buy your fish at a local Fish store? If so you might want to order 1 online and acclimate hime nice and slow to your tank!

It is 115 gal, 140 of Live Rock, I have a yellow tang, purple tang, porcupine puffer, blue hippo, naso tang, powderbrown tang, percula clown, pink skunk clown, Several Anenome's and mushrooms. The emperor seems to be fine for the first few days, then I come home from work and dead. Tank has abeen up and running for a couple of years, and I have never had a fish die except for the Angel. the biggest fish in there is maybe 4 inches. I have never seen one of the other fish mess with the Emperor either.

I have read about Emperors on a few fish sites, and they do say that they are VERY delicate, also alot of the sites online that you can order from will NOT give any warrentee on them..so if you do order another online, at least try to make sure that they have some type of warrentee, I know that doesnt help if the fish dies, but at least you wont be out that money and a dead fish..
