These grow to be really big fish and will need at least a 200 gl, IMO.
They are really cool looking, but I would suggest a dwarf angel for your sized tank.
Good luck man.

same problem, plus they rarely live in captivity for extended periods.

no full-size angels should be in a 75 long term. i also have a problem with a puffer that should get to 1 1/2 feet in a 75.

Yeah, you are going to have to find some fish that are in the 3 to 5 inch range when they reach adult sizes. Angels, tangs, and even some butterflies are just going to be too big.
Look at gobies, blennies, dwarf angels, mini-lionfish, damsels, etc.

I had my juvi emperor in a 75 with a porky puffer for about 6 months till it got cramped.
Aggression was really high and I upgraded to a 180. Now the 180 is getting cramped and 400 is the limit

Moral of the story...if you plan on actually upgrading, then yes it will work in a 75 for a bid. Otherwise, no.
A regal or majestic angel will do much better in a smaller tank as they are smaller large angels.

Ilovesharks,
Ok... exactly what size tank do you have? You've recently asked about a 55, 65 and now a 75. Your stock list includes Puffer, stingray, Tang, etc.
We can't help you unless you post accurate information.

Campbell , how long does it take for a juvi emperor to change to adult coloration?

Mine took about 18-24 months to change completely. I got him when he was 2-3 inches and he started to change at around 5. He is fully changed at around 7 inches now.
