Considering adding one to my quasi reef. I only have a few shrooms,flower pot,monti, pnk milli, few zoos and one fungia. Have been told they will eat brain coral and not other types. Any one tried to put one in and how did it work out? I know fish have personalities just like us and just checking other peoples experiences.

How large is your tank? They need tanks around 150g.

Hey Dewayne, angels in a reef are usually not a good idea. Zoas are usually eaten, among other things. Not just brains.

I have an emporer and it does not touch my red shrooms, palys or my rics. But I did have lots of zoos until I got the Emp. Then I put them (the zoos

)into a 24gal nano.

Thanks for the replies folks, tank is 150 with only 5 other fish, tank is 4 months old after re-set up. Will wait awhile longer to add but deff. considering taking a shot. If does not work, I can go aggressive.
