what are you guys using to secure the enkamat to the impellar? i read one thread and they suggested fishing line.....i just thought that would be kinda hard to work with and if it is not tied up good may come loose and stuck in the powerhead......i was thinking about using some really small wire ties and trimming them down.......

yea enough of the tank, time to go back to my self portrait.
will do my mod as soon as I get a chance, plan on using zip ties, hoping sombody else would do one first so i'd know for shure how they did it.

got my mesh in monday...hoping to do the mod tonight or later this week....anybody done this yet??? i got some directions from luke33 on -- but as usualy the search doesnt work so i cant look up the pics of his step process

got mine on monday....getting ready to the store now to get some zip ties so i can do the mod when i get home......

i did mine last week, very easy, just take out the needle wheel clip the needles off, put on a couple layers of the mesh, zip tie it down and then trim around the wheel so its all nice an round and good....then your set just watch an make sure it all clears, pretty straight forward mod
