That's a Deltec AP1006. It's yours for a measley $7000. No worries about cleaning the cup though, it has a self cleaning mechanism of some sort, but the catch is...add another $1300 for the self-cleaning head. The one in the picture looks like it has it. $8300 for a skimmer.
