enough light to cook my fish?

Ok, I don't actually want to cook any of my fish, but I was hoping to get someone's attention . . . :happyfish
I'm ready to upgrade the lighting on my 55 to start keeping a few different corals. I'm most interested in keeping different zoos, a torch, and hammerhead. Does this sound sufficient to anyone who knows:
2x 65w coralife 10,000K daylight
2x 65w coralife actinic compact fluorescent lamp
3x 3/4w lunar blue-moon-glow LEDs
Also, I've read somewhere that I shouldn't just add this new lighting to the tank as it will shock the fish. What should I use as a screen to darken the light for a week or so before going full blast?
My future corals and I thank you in advance!!

I'd go with a couple of metal hallides. Will cost roughly the same and will allow you to keep any coral you want.

The complete hood and lights I posted are $250. Plug and play. You are saying metal hallides "cost roughly the same"?? From where?

I have 2 250watt DE HQI, 2 55watt PC strip (actually 4 but only 2 going for the day/dawn effect) and 2 led moonlites on a 55. If anybodies cooking fish it would be me but they are just fine. The halides are only on for 6 hours.
I have no concern about light for LPS, SPS or clams.
