Enough water movement???

I have a 46g tank and an aquaclear powerhead with a 175gph rating. I also have two skimmers on it with maxijets with 295 gph each. Is this enough water movement in my tank or should I add another?
1 Aquaclear rated at 175 gph
2 Maxijet rated at 295 gph each
Total of 765 gph
I have a FOWLR for now and plan on moving to reef in the future.

I think so. I could be wrong, but I've read you want at least 10x the volume of your tank in circulation per hour, which in your case would of course be 460 gph, and you're well over that.

The other thing to consider besides turn over is location of the water movement in the tank. Can you assure that there are no dead spots, etc.
Hmmmm think I need to buy another power head myself...

With only 1 PH moving water around in the tank I would think you would have lot's of dead spots. I would personally add at least one more PH. The 2 skimmers add to the turnover rate but do nothing for the circulation of water within the tank.
Just curious though why 2 skimmers?

Don't EVER ask on this board if what you have is enough, or if your tank is big enough. You will always be told you dont' have enough, and your tank isn't big enough! lol

My brother got out of the Saltwater hobby and gave me his Remora skimmer. I have two of these now and am using both of them on my tank. I placed a post on it a while a go and people really didn't have any negative besides more work to dump out the collection cup. My water was a little cloudy so I decided to add it on. I was using the ph from the skimmer for circulation but it seemed to powerful and was creating sand dunes in parts of the tank. Should I take the other skimmer off and just use the powerhead for circulation. If so how can I place it so that I'm not stirring up the sand so much? The only way I was able to do this is by placing it on the back top corner of the tank with the outlet pointing across the tank and up a bit and I still had small dunes forming. Any suggestions on what I should do???
