equipment questions

I am going to replace/add equipment the next couple days.
I am going to add 2 phosban 150 reactors, one for phasban or rowaphos and one for carbon. What brand of carbon would you suggest? Should the water flow into the carbon reactor, then to the phosban reactor?
I am also getting a new skimmer, my tank is a 180 reef, what are suggestions on a good skimmer, but not insanely priced.

I like my coralife superskimmer 125, you can get one for around a hundred bucks or so and they do work well.

I also love my Coral life Super Skimmer (220 gal model).
If you test for phospates and get measurable readings, yes you want to get it down, but you also want to know where it's coming from. So think about a refugium area with macro algae like chaeto.
