Quick update on my Eshopps PSK-100H. After a couple more days, I'm happy to say that the micro-bubbles are gone. The performance has been really nice with some good quality skimmate. The air silencer was effective in getting calming down most of the sound to a very acceptable level. No complaints as long as you can get a silencer!
