Essential Elements

I was wonder if anyone can tell me if adding Kent Marine Essential Elements to your tank is good? And if there is any problems it could cause to any fish, corals or inverts.
TAnks been up for 2 years...And never used any chemicals in my tank other than PH Buffer....
I have 55gal tank
with 50lbs of live rock and sand
Yellow tang
Angel fish
two clown
goby
horse shoe crab
green carpet anemone
LTA
blue yellow damsel
sand star fish

i use it once a week can't tell ya if it is making a difference but i do use it...hth
