2 to 3 gallons a day on average....280 gal tank w/ no tops. Auto top off system in basement room below with a wired switch up by the tank, so not alot of work.

I also add about 2 gallons a day to my 150.

i lose about 1.5 G a day from 65, run a dehumidifyer, and dump the water it collects into a FW planted tank I have :0P
