Ever seen this?

I just acquired 2 clarkii clowns a few days ago. One of them has called my feather duster home. I have no anenomes(sp.) or coral so I guess he settled with what he could get his hands, or should I say fins, on. Has anyone ever seen something like this. I know that if a clown has no host anenome it will live in some corals, but I have never heard of one living in a feather duster. :)

I've had a sabue (tank raised) that did the same thing. It drove the feather duster crazy, but it got used to it and the fish would sleep in it at night.

i have seen this several times. i guess they just take it for their instincts looking for something with long tenticle like branches. i wonder if they do this in the wild are yours cb or wc? bo

Today I watched my clown feed his feather duster some frozen brine shrimp he was eating for dinner. I love watching him in the duster.
