experiance with clown trigger

Ok i want to buy a clown trigger for my 65 .but when i went to get one evryone at the pet store told me they dont do well in aquariums,the one guy told me he had like 3 of them and they all died in like a month.i really want one ,casue there probubly the coolest looking fish. But i dont want to pay 70-80 dollors on a fish and bring it home and it dies in a week.does anyone have any personal experiance with the fish.

Yes, I used to have a clown trigger in a 90g tank. The trigger lived, thrived, and owned the tank. He made it nearly imposible to keep anything smaller than him in the tank. Eventually the tank consisted of a Antenneta Lionfish, a Clown Trigger, and a large Dragon Wrasse.
The Trigger was constantly moving rockwork, creating a huge mess, and was more trouble than it was worth, IMO.
I would not recommend keeping one in a 65g.
