EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS SITE!!!!

Bought Hippo, Elkhorn Montipora, 2 Sand sifting cucumbers, and multiple snails. Coral was snapped off when it arrived, immediately took picture and contacted SWF. Hippo had ich immediately and I am getting ignored by this company. I sent emails, left messages and all nicely mannered. All I get is a response through my status that states, "Need more info". I already did everything that is asked. I sent pictures, sent email and even called. I refuse to pay for a $30 frag that is snapped off and looks TERRIBLE!! A blue hippo that arrives with ich is unacceptable. To ignore my phone calls and emails is disgraceful. I prob will never order from this site again. Unfortunately it appears the only way things get done by this company is embarrassing them on the message boards. So go ahead and get annoyed that I wrote this nasty TRUE information about your company.

They had no problem changing my status on Tuesday stating, "More Info". Lame excuse!!

I think this site is a reseller, and just brands SWF on the packages. I had to get a refund for a few DOAs in the past. I sent emails asking the status of my refund, and I did get replies in a timely manner. I admit the "status" page is quite lame and not very intuitive, but I did eventually get my refund.
Yes, I would order from this site again.

I have ordered from here too and a lot of times the items died. They reimbursed me but this time they are a joke!!

Look, you made your point....I deleted your last post because I felt it was uncalled for.....
I have ordered MANY times from here....have had VERY FEW losses.....maybe it's something you are doing.....you're lucky you got anything back at this point...If I were them I'd look at YOUR track record......IMO their's is really good

OK, Meowzer, you have had losses than apparently. Who are you to say I have anything more than "Very few loses" as you have had? Also you state. I am lucky I got anything back? OK, I am not lucky it is called a company policy. I have gotten 1 credit in the past. Is that suffice to you? 1 claim? This time around I got nothing back. Yeah and I must be doing something wrong. I went to the Fedex truck before they delivered it to me and stamped on my box. I snapped my coral and cried about it. Then I dipped the fish in a tank loaded with ich then placed it in a QT. If you can't be a fair moderator then maybe you should not comment at all. It is another day with another email and still have gotten NO response. Being that you have gotten, "Few loses" maybe I should ask you for advise. What more should I do?

That would lead one to believe you had A LOT more then one issue in the past....That is what I went by

Correct. I never put in claims for snails that have died. I had one Naso that died that I did claim. OH, wait, Im sorry and 1 cucumber. 2 claims. I am asking for nothing from you or anyone else here. I am trying to make a point that I have made every possible communication with this co and I have received nothing in response other than initial emails. We are closing in on 14 days and no one has pointed me in the right direction. This is a message board for info and I am posting the info that SWF is making this simple, truthful issue a difficult and unpleasant situation. I don't feel I or ANYONE should receive a broken coral frag or a fish WITH ICH. Is this too much too ask?

I advised SWF.com and I'm closing out this topic. Theses issues are best handled directly with the store, rather than the forums.
