Eye Disease?

My Flame Angel has a cloudy appearance to one eye - right in the center of its eye. It's still eating fine but I don't know how to determine exactly what it has. I'm thinking it might be an eye fungus. I have checked all the levels in my tank and they are perfect.
I have a 75 gal reef tank with a maroon clown, a flame angel, and a spotted mandarin, lots of corals, etc. What is the preferred treatment for this fish? It will be a challenge if I need to catch it. Should I treat the entire tank and most importantly, can I treat the entire tank without harming the corals.
Thanks for your input.

Is the eye clouded or is there something attached to it, looking protruding [not the eye, but whatever you are seeing]?
What food are you offering your fish? How long have you had this fish? Notice any aggression going on?

Casey-
Look at my post Blueface angel has a cloudy eye. It should cover what I did that worked for my angel. He is looking like he is fully recovered and doing great. Thanks for the advice from Beth she knows her stuff.

Casey-
Didn't realize you had corals, have beth confirm what I wrote in my post as I don't have corals. I don't know if that treatment bothers them.
