I am really considering purchasing the yellow belly blue tang in the eye it and buy it section. Based on look and size, is that price a little high? It seems high to me. Please don't post where I can get one for cheaper. :) If I buy one, I'll buy it here. What do you think about the price?

The price does seem pretty high, but the yellow-bellies tend to fetch more anyways. Also, that tang doesn't look like a juvi so it's probably a pretty good size.

The tang is about 6 inches but the price just seems a little off even for a yellow belly. And I agree with you, they do tend to fetch more.

free shipping ? what about the fiel charge and other surcharge ? My LFS has the same exact size and fish from the red sea for $75

Yeah. You are right on the free shipping. Plus, the 15 day guarentee. I don't know why I am having such a hard time buying it! :( I am not sure what that problem is.

If they have one for $75 I'd snag it, they're rare down here and quite expensive. SWF's price seems fair to me, especially since the fish is six inches. I'd buy it in a second if I had room for it.

Hmm... good point on the fuel charges. I thought they came from the Indo-Pacific? Oh wait, the Red Sea is connected to the Indo-Pacific. LOL. $75 is cheap. That is confusing too. Why would it be that cheap? Maybe they'll lower the price a little, soon. If it was $20 cheaper, I would get it. But then, $20 isn't THAT much more. But it is THAT much more.

That seems like a good deal for the size of the fish for what I have seen.
It also lookd VERY heathy and fat. Can't go wrong with that!
Go for it!

If I had the money I would but it in a second.

Ah!!!! Don't say that! LOL. My insides jumped when I read "Go for it!". I thought to myself, "OK! I will!" You are very right. It looks healthy and fat and it is a great size.

I will go to my LFS tomorrow with a yellow belley hippo tang 5-6 inches from the red seas it was $125 it has been there and helthy for 3 months in a 12 foot long tank...the price now is $75...buy whatver you want I guess I found a deal..I personally do not like it I preffer a vibrant blue and black fish not a yellow belly to each thier own. unless you can get to this store go buy it for $210.

You are right. It is $210. But, I could get some more things to make up for the extra charges. But then I am spending more money on other things... I wish I was in Jersey right now.
