Hey,
i have had my rose BTA for about 6 weeks,
and i have always fed him krill, and silversides,
and today i put in a peice of a cocktail shrimp.
The peice was big, though he ate it..but now it looks like his
meal is kicking in his digestive system. His foot got very thick,
and he couldnt keep his body up, cause the food was holding him down.
Any suggestions on how he will be tommorow?
Is this fairly normal. ( though he ate a big peice, about
1'' by 0.5'').
Thanks,
Adam

:happyfish Hi, I read on one of the forums once that your not suppost to feed anything more than 1/4 inch big to any anemonie. He'll probably be ok, just feed smaller meals next time. I guess if they are fed too big of meals that they can regurgetate it and thats not good for them, as well as it sits in their stomach too long, and thats not good too. I used to feed bigg too, but I switched to the smaller pieces, and now I don't have any problems. Good luck:happyfish

fishman:
it is some sort of slimy red algea that is takin over my tank and i really want to get rid of. I have tried chemi-clean
about 4 times, and a full treatment each time, and still no luck.
I have it coming off my rocks, but still triving on my sand.
I have tored all of it off the sand about 5 days ago...
and now it has all came back. I have a high phosphate level, and bought a spongy thing to lower it/ stop any more from growing.. and it still doesnt work.
Any suggestions?
