Facebook Problem???

Somebody created a duplicate account of me on facebook. Copied all my info and invited all my friends. I know who it is, well at least I think I do. They are parading around as me and saying some mean things to people. They didn't leave an email address on the account, so I can't "hack" it. I don't know what to do. He is saying that his old account (my account) was hacked and to not believe anything I say. Can you report these things? Suggestions? Thanks!

People here have told me that if I didn't tell them my age, they would think I was in my thirties or forties. I wasn't making fun of 40-year-olds.

Well I said I am fairly certain, but I am not 100%. I would hate to make a fool of myself. I don't understand why this person would do that. I never did anything to him
And he obviously isn't joking as a friend.

if it isn't him then just apologize and say your agrivated and wanted just wanted to make sure. you never know though, the person you think it is could be lying and say he isn't doing it so don't put your guard down if they say nah it ain't me. rough em up a bit and make them tell the truth
